Clear rules on data, privacy and using the platform.
01Who controls your data
The data controller is Heigo Sp. z o.o., based in Warsaw (ul. Synów Pułku 3-24, 01-354 Warsaw, Poland). For matters concerning personal data, write to contact@adboks.pl.
02What data we collect now
Before the platform launches, we collect the email address you enter in the launch sign-up form. If you provide it, we also collect your interest in buying, private selling, business selling or handmade goods, and your browser language so we can write to you in a language you understand. After the app launches, we will also process account, order and payment data; we will describe this in the full version of this document.
03Why we process it
Only to email you when AdBoks launches and tailor that message to your interests. The legal basis is your consent given by submitting the form (Article 6(1)(a) GDPR). We do not sell your data or share it for marketing purposes.
04How long we keep it
Until we send the announced launch message, and no longer than 12 months after you sign up, unless you unsubscribe sooner.
05Your rights
You may access, correct or erase your data, restrict its processing and withdraw your consent at any time by emailing contact@adboks.pl. You may also lodge a complaint with the President of the Polish Personal Data Protection Office.
06Who receives the data
Email addresses from the waiting list are shared only with the provider that technically sends email on our behalf. We do not share them with anyone else.
07Full Privacy Policy
For now, this document covers only waiting-list registration. Before AdBoks launches, we will publish a full Privacy Policy covering accounts, orders, payments and delivery. The “Deleting your account and data” page already explains account deletion.
