Account deletion
You can delete your AdBoks account yourself at any time. The process is quick but irreversible.
Step-by-step guide
How to delete an account in the app
All active sessions will be ended and the listings will no longer be visible.
Open settings
Choose Account settings, then Security.
Choose “Delete account”
You'll find this option at the bottom, in the Danger zone section.
Confirm decision
Enter your password. The account will be deleted immediately.
What happens next
We are clear about what goes and what stays.
Data required for completed transaction history remains strictly anonymized.
Deleted immediately
Email address, name, photo, description, phone, business and payout details, delivery addresses, favorites, and account settings.
Anonymized
Order history and reviews are retained for transaction and accounting integrity under "Deleted Account", without personal data.
